I spend my days designing digital tools at CBA that help all Australian's find the confidence and trust they need in order to take the next step in their home buying journey. The people using these tools find the process stressful enough. My job is to get out of their way.
I've worked on teams of two and teams of twenty. I've had access to endless user research and I've had to make educated guesses with limited data. I've worked within strict component libraries and I've built design systems from scratch. What stays consistent is asking good questions, collaborating with people who know more than me, and shipping things that actually help
Currently, I'm at CBA working on digital tools in the home buying space. Before that, I spent almost two years at the agency Orchard helping E-commerce brands such as Target, Hyundai and Audi convert their online presence into digital delights that consumers enjoy to visit on repeat!

What dive into my work
Starting with why, not what
Before jumping into wireframes, I want to understand what problem we're actually solving. Sometimes the thing people ask for isn't the thing they need. My favorite projects start with good questions and end with solutions that feel obvious in hindsight.

Designing for real constraints
Perfect conditions don't exist. Budgets are tight, timelines are aggressive, legacy systems are messy, and sometimes you just can't talk to users directly. I'm comfortable making smart decisions with imperfect information and finding creative solutions within real limitations.
Collaboration over hero design
The best work happens when designers, engineers, and product folks are actually talking to each other—not throwing things over the wall. I genuinely enjoy the back-and-forth of figuring out what's possible, what's practical, and what's going to create the most value.

Some of the most impactful design work isn't flashy—it's the progress indicator that keeps people oriented, the auto-save that prevents panic, the validation message that actually helps instead of just saying 'error.' These details build trust.

Designing across internal lending systems and customer-facing experiences, from backend workflows that streamline processes for lenders and operations staff to public tools like home loan calculators and property search. The challenge is bridging complex financial systems with intuitive user experiences—using data to inform decisions—while balancing efficiency for internal teams with clarity and trust for customers.

The Wine Collective
Designing across discovery, purchasing, and fulfillment to create a first-of-its-kind digital wine marketplace in Australia. The challenge was balancing the needs of wineries, curators, and customers—each with different goals—while building a seamless end-to-end experience that could scale, simplify complex inventory and logistics, and still feel premium and intuitive.
